The Union Sushi + Barbeque Bar Chef’s table is available to be reserved for parties of 2 or 4 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, weekly. Located in the center of the restaurant's sushi bar, guests can pull up and get cooked for and served, exclusively, by Chef Chao throughout the evening. There are two seatings per evening, one at 5:30 p.m. and one at 8:30 p.m. Reserve your space at the Chef's table here…letting us know which time and date you would like to dine with us and make note of allergies, food preferences and hopes for your evening. The Chef's Table is 8-10 courses for $80 per guest. (Some courses may have more than one component.) Sake pairings are available for an additional $40. |
