The Union Sushi + Barbeque Bar Chef’s table is available to be reserved for parties of 2, 3 or 4 on Tuesday though Saturday evening. Located in the center of the restaurant's sushi bar, guests can pull up and get cooked for and served, exclusively, by Chef Chao throughout the evening. There are two seatings on Tuesday through Thursday, one at 5:30 p.m. and one at 8:30 p.m. There is only one seating available on Friday and Saturday at 5:30 p.m. Reserve your space at the Chef's table here…letting us know which time and date you would like to dine with us and make note of allergies, food preferences and hopes for your evening. The Chef's Table is 8-10 courses for $80 per guest. Sake pairings are available for an additional $40 per person. A Union Sushi + Barbeque Bar reservationist will call you to confirm your reservation and retrieve your credit card information which is required to secure your reservation. The Chef's table cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance of your reservation. A charge of $40 per person will exists for reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and $80 per person for no shows. * tax and gratuity are not included * some courses may have more than one component Make a Reservation Your reservation will be confirmed within 24 hours.
