Set in the upstairs mezzanine, overlooking the restaurant, Up Bar is one generation removed from its sibling Union Sushi + Barbeque Bar with its dark, wood-lined interiors, dim “spotlight” lighting, antiqued mirrors and punch-of-color walls. Featuring a variety of specialty sakes, including access to the restaurant’s reserve sake list, and a variety of made-by-hand cocktails using artisan and seasonal ingredients, Up Bar is where urban cocktail culture takes up residence. Chef Chao offers our full dinner menu along with some signature items that can only be enjoyed upstairs. Up Bar can accommodate private events for as many as 40 guests.
