Union Sushi + Barbeque bar is brightly appointed. Primary red, orange, yellow, and blue colored walls covered with Japanese animé-inspired graffiti sets the energy level at high. This hum is echoed by the flurry of chefs bustling behind their respective sushi and barbeque bars, and creates an all-evening show that is as entertaining as the surroundings themselves. Private Celebrations While the entire restaurant is available for private and semi-private celebrations of as small as 12 and as large as 150, the restaurant’s exclusive mezzanine-level UP BAR is appointed especially for private celebrations. Featuring its own bar coupled with free WIFI and Audio/Visual Capabilities that are perfect for professional or personal presentations, UP BAR provides an intimate celebratory setting for as many as 50.
