Chef Chao is known for his creativity and playful approach to Japanese-influenced cuisine which results in a variety of
flavorful dishes from the Kitchen, Sushi Bar and Robata Grill. Maki rolls are inspired by flavor profiles at different ports-of-call around the globe and showcase unique wraps such as collard greens, soy paper, or cucumber, in addition to the traditional seaweed nori. The Barbeque Bar menu focuses on the centerpiece 600° Robata Grill at the center of the restaurant and serves up a variety of meat, chicken, seafood and vegetables that have been marinated in bright Asian flavors and then grilled at incredibly high heat searing in all the flavor! Union Sushi + Barbeque Bar offers a varied cocktail menu of carefully handcrafted and inventive cocktails. A thorough sake collection is available as well as extensive beer, liquor and a spirited wine list.
